Our story

Mental Health Support Tools – Created from frontline experience
Dr. Gurleen Duggal founded Blissmind Wellness with a powerful mission: to bridge critical gaps in mental health support for the millions worldwide struggling with psychological challenges.
Her journey began as a medical practitioner in India before relocating to Australia, where, since 2017, she has immersed herself in mental healthcare as a disability support worker, community mental health practitioner, and mental health advocate.
These frontline experiences revealed a troubling reality—while mental health awareness has grown, accessible, practical resources for those in distress remain surprisingly scarce.
As Gurleen searched for evidence-based resources to support her clients, she discovered that while effective clinical tools existed, they lacked thoughtful design and accessibility—creating unnecessary barriers for those who need help most.

This sparked the creation of Blissmind Wellness. With the help of a graphic designer with a psychology background, they transformed proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles into beautifully designed, intuitive resources that enhance both understanding and practical application.
What began as a focused project to help individuals manage anxiety and depression has evolved into a comprehensive suite of mental health tools. Today, Blissmind Wellness offers (physical) coping card decks, digital worksheets, and in-depth digital workbooks that address various mental health conditions while promoting holistic wellbeing and self-care practices.
With one in five Australians experiencing mental health challenges during their lifetime, our mission extends beyond creating resources. We're committed to dismantling stigma, expanding education, and providing evidence-based tools that help people recognise, understand, and effectively manage symptoms.
At Blissmind Wellness, we firmly believe that mental health management should be accessible to everyone. With the right tools and support, improved mental wellbeing isn't just possible—it's achievable.
